Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing our products. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the item’s delivery date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with any seals intact.
Please note: Any hair that has been requested to be custom colored or dyed, as well as wigs, cannot be refunded once the order has been placed. These items are customized specifically for you, and therefore, are not eligible for return or refund.
Additionally, all hair orders take 7-12 working days to process and ship. Please ensure you factor in this timeframe when placing your order.
To process your return, we kindly ask that you provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation to acknowledge its arrival. You will also be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company in case of any delays. It’s not uncommon for banks and financial institutions to require processing time before the refund is officially posted.
